Kikusui Ryokan, about an 8-minute walk from JR Uno Station,
is conveniently located for sightseeing and business stays.
Ferries to Naoshima, Teshima,
and many other islands depart from Uno Port, a 5-minute walk away.
From Uno Port, it is a 20-minute ferry ride to Naoshima and a 40-minute ride to Teshima,
and a 50-minute train or bus ride to Okayama Station on the JR Shinkansen bullet train line.
A 50-year-old Japanese-style business ryokan was reborn in 2014 with interior design by an artist.
Enjoy an artistic journey from sleep to sleep in the guest rooms surrounded by art created by six artists.
The reason why the hotel is popular with business travelers staying for long periods of time is because of its location and comfort.
Free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, bath amenities (shampoo, body soap, etc.), and clean towels, which are changed daily, are provided for everyone. We also have two coin-operated laundromats in the building.
Within a 5-minute walking distance from the hotel, there is a convenience store, a local supermarket, izakaya (Japanese style pub), teishoku (set meal) restaurants, ramen stores, conveyor belt sushi restaurants, and electronics stores, where you can get meals and daily necessities.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable! They gave me a map of places to eat around the accommodation, as well as a map of Naoshima, which was very helpful! Thank you!

The staff is friendly and super helpful so you have somewhere to eat when you arrive late.
Facilities are "basic" but clean and cozy.

Good old Japanese ryokan cool! Love the bath the most, the old house is amazing! The traditional Japanese-style hot spring hotel has an old-fashioned atmosphere with its signage, lighting, rooms, and bathrooms. The location is very close to the pier and very convenient.

Uno Port is right there. Scenic beauty and islands of the Seto Inland Sea. It is a nostalgic ryokan of the old days.
Our itinerary was greatly delayed due to our circumstances, but they were willing to accommodate us.
Thank you very much.

The staff was heartwarming.
Overall, I think the facilities and service were itchy. Towels are clean and there are various amenities such as a hair dryer yukata. The toilets were very clean and up-to-date.
The bathrooms and walls that feel like art would also be a good point.

We stayed here because there are no business hotels in the area.
It was very helpful because it was very close to the work site. I will stay there again next time.
