  During the Setouchi Triennale 2025 and on certain dates, we will not be accepting reservations by phone. During these periods, reservations can only be made online through our official website.

  Additionally, phone reservations can only be made in Japanese. If you require assistance in another language, please use our official website for online booking.

  For phone reservations, a refund processing fee of 550 JPY (including tax) will be charged for any changes or cancellations.
  Please note that refunds can only be processed to bank accounts in Japan. We are unable to issue refunds to overseas bank accounts or via other methods.

• Accommodation during the Setouchi Triennale 2025

  The Setouchi Triennale 2025 will be held at the Ueno Port, 
  as well as on the islands of Naoshima, Teshima, and Inujima. 
  This large-scale contemporary art festival takes place 
  once every three years, attracting many visitors from 
  both Japan and abroad.

  This year, the festival will be held on the following dates:
  
  Setouchi Triennale 2025
  
  Spring Session: April 18 – May 25
  Summer Session: August 1 – August 31
  Fall Session: October 3 – November 9
  
  During these dates, demand for accommodations is exceptionally high. 
  As a result, we regret to inform you that our rates will be higher 
  than usual compared to the typical season. Our hostel is located in 
  a historic building, and we kindly ask that you review the photos 
  and descriptions of our rooms and facilities on our website before 
  making a reservation.
  For the best prices, please make your reservation directly through 
  our official website.
  Our hostel is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Uno Port,
  making it an ideal base for exploring the nearby islands.

  We prioritize cost-effectiveness by implementing service improvements and adjustments. To ensure your peace of mind, all rooms are private with locks. We have 8 rooms with private bath and toilet facilities, as well as 2 economy rooms with shared bath and toilet. Additionally, we provide full Wi-Fi coverage throughout the premises and in-room amenities such as refrigerators and microwaves.

  Our guests include those on business trips to Tamano City and Uno Port, as well as tourists visiting places like Naoshima and Teshima.
